Stayce Camparo

Stayce startet bei uns mit einer Vinyasa Flow Klasse nach den Sommerferien. Außerdem wird sie noch Ballett und Yoga für Kinder von 3-6 Jahren unterrichten.

Stayce, raised in Redondo Beach, California, I started ballet instruction at a young age, and continued my training with the School of American Ballet, American Ballet Theater, and finally Pacific Northwest Ballet. I spent nine years dancing as a soloist with the Kansas City Ballet, before moving to Europe in 2012 to dance with Theater Augsburg.

In 2014, I decided to leave the theater setting and work as a freelance ballet dancer, choreographer, and stager, traveling throughout Europe and the U.S. Yoga was able to bring many benefits to my career, not only physically, but emotionally. In 2015, I decided to obtain my 200Hr teacher training through Yoga Alliance at Yoga Garden San Francisco, and in 2016, while pregnant with my first child, I continued my 500Hr teacher training, lending me a deeper understanding into the history and philosophy behind Yoga and Asana. It was this aspect of Yoga that kindled a desire to study psychology, and I obtained my B.A. from Harvard in 2019, doing research in Mindfulness. I am now a Master’s student at Universität zu Köln, pursuing a degree in Sociology, as well as a mother of two. I enjoy creating classes with elements from my experience as a ballet dancer, as well as integrating what I have learned through my studies in philosophy, psychology and sociology.
